Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your aesthetic appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will result in a $100 fee charged to your card. For no show/no call, a $150 fee will be charged. This policy helps us compensate for our staff’s time and ensure appointment availability for you and other patients. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or canceled if our specialists determine that the procedure cannot be performed with full quality in the remaining time.

Appointment Policy

Arriving late will reduce your treatment time, but the full fee will still apply. To avoid delays for the next clients, treatment will end on time. If we deem that there is not enough time left to provide quality service, the appointment may be rescheduled. Our specialists are booked several weeks, or even months, in advance, and last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling open slots. We reserve the right to refuse future appointments to patients who do not comply with our cancellation policy. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled and a $150 fee charged. We recommend booking appointments at least two weeks in advance or during your current visit to ensure a convenient time.

Refund Policy

Payments for procedures, products, and service packages are non-refundable once purchased. Aesthetic results can vary significantly from patient to patient, and while we strive to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. Any additional procedures needed to achieve the desired result will be assessed separately, except for minor touch-ups during a follow-up appointment.

Payment and Return Policy

All individual procedures must be paid for in full at the time of treatment unless otherwise arranged. All services are final sales. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a client is unable to pay for a purchased service, they may use the financial services of Cherry, a company we partner with. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for payments.

Children and Pets Policy

At Uplifted, we love children and pets, as many of our staff members are parents. However, for the peace, safety, and health of all clients, we kindly ask that you arrange care for your little ones and pets and leave them at home during your visit.

Treatment Results

Our team of experts will always recommend the best treatments and procedures that will benefit you. We are fully transparent and will explain all the benefits and risks involved. However, aesthetics is not an exact science, and results may vary from person to person, making it impossible to guarantee precise outcomes. Therefore, payment is made for the treatment itself, not for a specific result.
